Moving On!!

Thank you for keeping up with me and my 40yroldrunningman blog but it turns out that it's just too much to keep up with and it's much easier to simply post to Facebook - so, I've made the change!! From this point until I reach the 40th and final 5K, I'll be posting to Facebook at www.facebook.com/Runfor40 so "Like" my page and I'll keep you updated!!
